We store and process personal data for the purpose of fulfilling service contracts on the basis of a consent granted by you as a data subject or on the basis of and in accordance with the DSGVO and the BDSG.

The processing of personal data by us takes place within the framework of the provision of services, in the process of which we have received the relevant data from business relationships with clients and candidates. We also process personal data that we have obtained from publicly accessible sources such as the press and the Internet in a permissible manner and are allowed to process.

This generally includes your personal data (including name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, date of birth, data and documents relating to your professional career, curriculum vitae, certificates as well as data and information on your career goals, desired position, industry, salary details) or your company-related contact data if you contact us as a potential customer.

We may process this personal data for the following purposes: Conducting searches for potential candidates on behalf of clients; application procedures for candidates as job seekers; contacting candidates in the event of vacancies being filled; analyzing the suitability of a candidate for vacancies with clients; operating a database in which personal data and information on affected persons/candidates/clients is stored.

Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b DSGVO is the legal basis for the processing of personal data necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party. This also applies to processing operations which are necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures. Insofar as processing of personal data is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation to which we are subject, the legal basis is Article 6 paragraph 1 letter c DSGVO. If the processing is necessary to safeguard a legitimate interest of our company or of a third party and if the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject do not outweigh the former interest, Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f DSGVO is the legal basis for the processing.

By sending applications or inquiries to us – by post or via the contact form on this website – and by providing your personal data as part of this process, you expressly consent to the processing of this personal data. This consent is at the same time a legal basis for the processing of personal data in accordance with article 6 paragraph 1 letter a DSGVO. According to article 15 DSGVO you have the right to receive information free of charge about the data we have stored for you. Furthermore, you have the right, if necessary, to correct incorrect data (Article 16 DSGVO) and the right to have your personal data deleted (Article 17 DSGVO). Within the framework of the provisions of Article 18 DSGVO, you have the right to request a restriction on the processing of data concerning you. In addition, our company will inform the recipients, should they have been disclosed personal data, of the exercise of one of the aforementioned rights by the data subject (Article 19 DSGVO) and notify them of this. In accordance with article 20 DSGVO, you have the right to data transfer, as well as the right to be informed in the event of a possible violation of the protection of personal data in accordance with article 34 DSGVO. With regard to the right of information and the right of deletion, the restrictions according to Article 34 BDSG and Article 35 BDSG apply.
